Decided the Council of Ministers , on Tuesday, forming a crisis cell headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and membership and finance ministers, oil and Planning and the Governor of the Central Bank shall establish the priorities of exchange. A spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office tributary Jabouri in an interview for "Alsumaria News" "The Council of Ministers decided, during its meeting held on Tuesday, forming a crisis cell headed by the Prime Minister and the membership of the finance ministers and oil and Planning and the Governor of the Central Bank shall establish priorities for exchange."
