The Cabinet decided on Tuesday, forming a crisis cell headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and membership and finance ministers, oil and Planning and the Governor of the Central Bank shall establish the priorities of exchange. A spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office tributary Jabouri that 'the Council of Ministers decided, during its meeting held on Tuesday, forming a crisis cell headed by the Prime Minister and the membership of the Ministers of Finance, Planning and oil and Governor of the Central Bank shall establish the priorities of exchange'. He Jabouri 'after the formation of the cell, will emerge on the basis of which the crisis cell in each ministry in order to reduce costs and increase the state treasury resources', adding that 'the Council decide to continue the work of the balance of parliamentarians from the Prime Minister'. The Prime Minister's Office announced on Saturday (November 29, 2014), the Council of Ministers formed a ministerial committee to determine cut expenses all ministries in order to reduce the budget deficit in 2015.
