Second: the first reading of the draft law of the Fifth Amendment to the maintenance of the irrigation and drainage networks Law No. (12) for the year 1995. ( Commission services and reconstruction, the Legal Committee , the Committee on Agriculture, Water and marshes). (Article 2).
Third: the first reading of the draft secretion land and orchards within the basic design of the city of Baghdad and municipal law. ( Legal Committee , the Committee on Agriculture and Water , the Commission services and reconstruction). (Article 13).
Fourth: the first reading of the draft agricultural land rent law. ( Committee on Agriculture and Water ). (Article 14).
Fifth: The first reading of the draft Federal Court Act ( Legal Committee ). (Article 24).
Eleven in the morning session begins.
