Newspaper: US and Iraqi forces began preparations for the restoration of the city of Mosul
Newspaper (Wall Street Journal), said the United States and Iraq has begun preparations for an attack by the summer to restore the city of Mosul seized by elements of the "Daash" last June.
Gen. Lloyd Austin, the Central Command of the US Army newspaper chief told the preparations include the selection and training of military units of the planned attack and cut supply lines to the elements of the organization "Daash."
The newspaper quoted Austin as saying that Iraqi forces must be ready before they can start the attack.
