Babylon is considering the preparation of five-year plan and the development of the investment plan in the province

The local government announced in Babil province, studied the preparation of five-year plan and the development of the investment plan through a foreign consultant's office in coordination with the body ages and a large number of government departments. The deputy governor of Babylon, the first and Sam Aslan Jubouri reporter by all of Iraq [where] that "talks are under way with a consortium of foreign companies to the number of five-year plan and the development of the investment side and identify shortcomings of existing and reduce red tape," noting that "the consulting firm began the process of preparing the plan has demanded all circles disclosure and for future projects to implement the five-year plan from 2015 to 2020 ".
