The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Nikolai Miladinov, visited on Sunday, the city of Karbala to attend the round table meetings on the national dialogue and reconciliation in Iraq.
And place these days between the political parties dialogues about the initiative put forward by House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri for dialogue with the opposition parties to include destinations outside Iraq.
