Tomorrow Press / Baghdad commended Governor of Baghdad Ali al-Tamimi, Wednesday, on the role of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in promoting the principle of decentralization after the withdrawal of the decision to freeze the powers conservatives. The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi decided to withdraw the appeal Law 19 of 2013 on the sidelines of the Supreme Coordination Commission meeting in Basra province, with the participation of 11 provinces and in the presence of representatives from the province of Baghdad, This will allow the law to achieve the principle of decentralization and gives financial and administrative powers and wide for conservatives to enable them to manage and implement the service and construction projects in addition to a substantial shift to development and economic operation in the capital and the rest of the provinces and increase the investment business.
