Investment Baghdad: the granting of licenses for the establishment of an investment (36) thousand residential units in the capital

BAGHDAD (Iba) ... the President of the Investment Commission of Baghdad Shaker Zamili for granting investment licenses set to create (36) thousand residential units distributed in the areas of Baghdad.
A statement by the Investment Commission of Baghdad today Zamili said he was granting licenses for investment to create (36) thousand units of the (300) thousand housing units are distributed in areas Alenairia and luxury and Alsaabiyat and Taji and Abu Ghraib inspired by Virgin in southeastern Baghdad, as well as a joint work with the Fund Housing for the establishment of residential complexes in the cities of Kadhimiya and Amiriya.
He added that the complex Alenairia housing includes a Created (6000) housing units at a cost of completion (245) million, which would be half of these units, which amount to (3000) housing units dedicated to the employees of the Ministry of Finance while the other half of which will be distributed to citizens.
He noted that the draft Alsaabiyat housing includes the construction of (5000) housing units at a cost of completion (284) million, as well as the establishment of (40) thousand residential units in the areas of coronary inspired Virgin, as well as residential projects, the other, which range the cost of completion of the (100) million dollars to (250) million dollars, while the number of residential units (2000) housing units to the (5000) housing units.
He explained that these projects come within the plan of the establishment of one million housing units in Iraq and by the Ministry of Housing and Reconstruction, which will be distributed in the provinces of the country according to the percentage of the population and the needs of residential units to solve the housing crisis.
