Al-Bayati: Modify the law of accountability and justice legislation is linked to ban the Baath Party

the coalition of state law, Abbas al-Bayati, said the amendment law of accountability, justice and turn it into legislation is linked to other law to ban the defunct Baath Party of the judiciary.
He said al-Bayati's ( IMN ) that the "paper of understanding confirmed link modifying the law of accountability and justice legislation ban Baath Party Law."
He refused to modify the mass of accountability and justice without legislation to ban the Baath Party Law. "
He pointed out that "formed an interim committee to follow up the implementation of the government curriculum and paper political understanding and wait for Cabinet approval of the National Guard and law amendment accountability."
The Cabinet approved in its meeting today, the formation of the National Guard in principle and commissioning of a ministerial committee to prepare the formulation of the National Guard of the law in order to vote on it at the next meeting
