Stressed the importance of the development of legislative and regulatory capacity
BAGHDAD - morning
urged House Speaker Salim al-financial representative to expedite the provision of the budget bill for a vote.

In addition, al-Jubouri discussed with a delegation from the Max Planck Society German international peace and the rule of law under the chairmanship of Professor Rudiger Wolfrum, ways of cooperation with respect to parliamentary development and improvement of the legislative and regulatory capacities, stressing "the importance of the development of legislative and regulatory capacity of the Parliament . "
Jubouri called to "hold many advanced workshops in order to exchange scientific and practical experience in the field of legal and constitutional science."
