Workshop on the transfer of powers from eight ministries to the provinces

Sponsored by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the workshop prepared by the Ministry of Planning, the study committee of the ministries organizational structures and the provinces, in the presence of deputy secretary and aide to Secretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs, ministries and provinces, and members of the association in the provinces.
and Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Ministers d.Farhad grace of God Hussein during a speech opening the workshop, that the Secretariat has initiated the implementation of administrative reform plan that assumed in 2014 to study the reality of the organizational structures of government institutions, and the associated interference in the powers and responsibilities of the intersection, noting that the outgrowth of the public sector from sagging career and fission repeatedly directorates and departments led to the inflation of government institutions and inefficiency and weights the state budget, adding to the emergence of the need to form a committee to study the reality of the organizational structures of government institutions and address these problems, and the development of model structures to ensure efficient performance in an integrated manner, and the trend towards the adoption of modern management systems for the advancement of If government institutions and out the results of the process are applicable.
The workshop comes to manage communication between ministries and provinces and analysis functions and tasks exercised to respond to the law of the Second Amendment No. 19 of 2013, the provincial law No. 21 of 2008, on the transfer of powers from the ministries (Municipalities and Public Works, Labor Affairs social, Construction and Housing, youth and sports, agriculture, health, education as well as financial), in preparation for the transfer of powers to the provinces mid-August 2015.
