The MP for the rule of law Ibtisam al-Hilali told information that "The Council decided to postpone the vote on the budget to the fifth evening."
She added, "it was agreed on all points of contention between the political blocs, including the demands of Allawi's list for the allocation of 23 billion dinars national project which incorporated within the Ministry of Interior and allocated to rally public and the National Guard."
