The Presidency of the Council of Representatives postponed as the parliamentary session to five o'clock in the evening to give the opportunity to resolve the contentious points in the budget.
As House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said at a news conference this afternoon to reach an agreement to vote on the budget.
