The governor of Muthanna Ibrahim Mayali announced the start of the project of a unified national card is a pilot in the province early next month of March in preparation for the work of this project, officially starting the month of June of this year.
He said the province were selected in addition to the provinces of Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, Erbil to work for the first phase of this project, which will ensure the creation of a unified database for all citizens, stressing that this card will compensate for the identity card and a certificate of citizenship card in addition to housing.
And the governor of Muthanna that the Interior Ministry has contracted with a specialized German companies in the field of information technology for the implementation of this project, which would reduce red tape and provides accurate, tamper-proof data, indicating that the local government Muthanna will provide all supplies logistics to ensure the success of this project by providing the possibility for the teams of the Directorate of sex work as well as provide the necessary funds to complete this project on time.
