Office of Al-Abbadi: Cabinet will vote tomorrow on the National Guard law
Office of Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi, Monday, that the agenda of Cabinet meeting for Tuesday with a vote on the draft law of the National Guard.
Spokesperson for the Office of Prime Minister Saad Al-Hadithi, told the press that "the previous meeting of the Council of Ministers had approved the National Guard Bill in principle", stating that "the Council instructed the Committee on drafting the law for the finalized legal."
Al-Hadithi said he "assumed that the Commission shall conclude its work within a week, no tomorrow", pointing out that "the draft law will be put in the next Cabinet session to vote on the agreement, if an emergency occurs, the postponed launch."
He was Minister of State for Provincial Affairs, Parliament, said budianto on 12 January 2015, the draft law of the national guard would be presented to the Cabinet for approval in the next two weeks and sent to the House of representatives, stressed that the National Guard is under a military tent.
He was speaker of the House of Salim al-Jabouri, take it (6 January 2015) that the National Guard is the State turned positive in the structure of the security establishment, calling for the speedy completion of the appropriate executive bodies for submission to the Parliament to be a quality addition to our army formations.
The Council of Ministers directed, in (9 September 2014), prepared a draft law for the establishment of National Guard troops and volunteers from the popular crowd.
