{Baghdad: Euphrates News} The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries {OPEC} that the price of crude 12 basket rose Tuesday by three dollars and 58 cents to settle at 77.51 dollars a barrel, after it was 19.48 dollars a barrel on Monday.
The news agency reported {OPEC} bulletin that "the annual rate for the basket price last year was 29.96 dollars a barrel."
