Union of Forces: No Rvs prior to adjustments Justice and Accountability Act

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) -
MP for the Bloc Forces Union Salah al-Jubouri, the lack of prior rejection of the amendments that arrived from the government on accountability and justice law,
noting that the members of the cluster within the relevant committees will learn to modify paragraphs that may be imposed additional measures to enforce the law .
He said al-Jubouri's (IMN) , that "the bloc does not have a pre rejection of amendments to the Justice and Accountability Act, which came from the government,
but there are objections to some of the paragraphs contained in the law and stressed that measures more than the former . "
He said al-Jubouri, "We will work across the cluster representatives of the relevant committees to discuss those amendments and paragraphs that make up the difference to be adjusted to ensure that the law was passed without the presence of political disagreements over its provisions . "
She stressed the National Commission for Accountability and Justice that more than 50% of the body files have not been completed in addition to the presence of some 12 million and is still close to the body is under scrutiny .
And ratified the Council of Ministers this week on amendments to the accountability and justice and the law criminalizing the defunct Baath Party Law and referred to the House legislation pursuant to the terms and document the political agreement between the blocks .
The National Bloc, led by Vice President Iyad Allawi has issued a statement that the draft law of accountability and justice headquarters by the government is deduced from the political agreement
which provides for the termination of the ablation file in a responsible manner, and to bring all those who insult to the Iraqi people to the courts to obtain a fair punished .
