National Alliance will meet next week to choose a president

She said coalition member Ibtisam al-Hilali in a press statement that "the subject of the presidency of the National Alliance took a lot of time, it is assumed after Jaafari's Foreign Ministry is chosen as the new president of the Alliance," indicating that "the National Alliance has a great political significance within the Iraqi government."
She added that "there are many names have been submitted to the presidency of the National Alliance, but the job was confined between the head of state law, parliamentary Ali al-Adeeb and Chairman of the Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim," noting that "al-Hakim became the front-runner for the job."
