Facilitate the introduction of goods contracted for the implementation of public projects

Sent the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers text of the amendment to paragraph 4 of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 223 of 2013 on facilitating the introduction of the contracted goods to Iraq to carry out public projects to all ministries.
The text of the amendment to paragraph allowing ministries and agencies contracted to bring goods to Iraq, that the competent minister offers, or authorized agents of the ministry, pledged to submit the certificate of origin during the period of 90 days from the date of introduction.
