The president of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, Sunday, that the region is dealing with the oil file under the installed rights to him in the Iraqi constitution, and as he emphasized the commitment of Erbil oil Convention with Baghdad, called for the oil and gas committee in Parliament to deal with the two governments as a "third party".
