The inclusion of the provinces, which owns oil refineries, petro-dollars project

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Committee announced that the economy and investment representative, for the inclusion of the provinces where there are oil refineries project petro dollars, noting that the project was divided into three provinces categories, including oil-producing and gas and the other containing the oil refineries.
Said committee member Rep. Nora Albjara Agency / BD /: that the petro-dollars project included in the budget of 2015, paragraph section where the provinces to the first three categories owns oil wells and the second producer of gas and the third contains the refineries each with a $ 2 per barrel product.
She noted that the project included the provinces, which owns oil refineries such as Baghdad, Basra and Kirkuk, this paragraph was not present in the project in the past, and this is what will increase the financial allocations to those provinces.
The member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary stressed that the project of petro-dollars to ensure the allocation of $ 2 per barrel oil producer in the provinces and in the case of high oil prices on global markets will increase the proportion of petro-dollars to become a US $ 5 per barrel of product. / End / 8 /
