BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... confirmed the MP for the coalition of state law, high Nassif, Sunday, that the draft form of oil and gas law in the process of discussion of the Cabinet.
Nassif said in an interview / Baghdadi News / "The draft oil and gas law now under discussion in the Council of Ministers."
Nassif added that "there are more than a formula provided by more than one point in the previous years of the draft law."
Nassif noted that "the project to be consistent with the materials provided by the Constitution."
Nassif explained that "the law to address the issue of the Kurds," indicating that they are "not subject to the Federal Court." Noting that "the Kurds already have stayed a lawsuit in the United States for the possibility of obtaining the sale of oil exported from the region through the port of Ceyhan."
