Jubouri: The Council of Representatives previously restricted the decisions of the Federal Court is not entitled to submit proposals

The president of the parliament, Saleem al-Jubouri, on Monday, the House of Representatives "restricted," the former Federal Court decisions is not entitled to submit proposals, stressing the need to lift all restrictions that prevent the possibility of enacting the necessary legislation necessary for citizens.
