Within the procedures for the maintenance of rights of the state and the citizens

He said al-Tamimi that the department is working through the implementation of its decisions to achieve a balance between the interests of the creditor to obtain their legitimate right and interest of the debtor in only taken from his money or abuse the liberty unlawfully and taking into account the human, social and economic considerations of the debtor, revealing simplify implementation procedures and the development of tactics, including believes in eliminating the phenomenon of disabled and the delayed implementation of the verdicts and executive editors.
