Officials said Wednesday that Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi, rejected any reconciliation with Baathists and hand stained with Iraqi blood.
News Centre official quoted a source in the Council of Ministers as saying that "the position of Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi of national reconciliation has not changed, but categorically rejected any reconciliation with his hand stained with Iraqi blood."
The source added that "many Baathists are still practising their evil, and the recent massacre was committed, and Spyker will not relent in defending the rights of victims and arrest them and bring them to justice to receive fair retribution". Over 25
