He pointed out that "the Kurdistan Regional Government's proposal is to stabilize the region's oil exports, calculated at an annual rate, not at a daily rate."
Mohammed said that "the proposed increase includes the Kurdistan region's oil exports in four stages up to the end of the year, where will the region issued 626 000 barrels of oil per day, and will be the annual export of 2015 by 552 thousand barrels per day rate."
And that "the proposal comes to settle the dispute over the calculation of the Kurdistan region's oil exports at a daily rate, currently approved by the federal government."
