Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Hamid Khalaf Ahmed announced the completion of the government 100% of its agreed upon during the first three months of life. And the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers that "among these completed the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers and the law of the formation of the National Guard and the development of the popular crowd, and the formation of a committee to review the Constitution in accordance with Article 142 of it laws, and the second amendment to the law of the Civil Service Council and federal amendment of the Federal Court Act." He pointed out that "several laws expected the government to be implemented within the program for the next phase, including the related balance file between the Iraqi people in state institutions and the law of freedom of expression and opinion and to find solutions to disagreements on the extraction of oil and gas from the Kurdistan region with the federal government and the resolution of the dispute over the independent bodies and the fight against corruption and the reconstruction of the liberated areas devastated by terrorism ".anthy
