"The secretary-general stressed the importance of activating the education reform program of technical and vocational education and training TVET and it is an effective step to reduce the technical developments between the outputs of the education system and the requirements of the labor market gap in Iraq and regarded as a moral obligation towards the graduates at all levels."
The statement quoted the secretary-general, said that the "program comes in response to the direction of the Iraqi government in activating the role of the private sector, and the conversion of the Iraqi economy, the movement of the recipe sole supplier to multiple resources economic market investment and the private sector, which plays an essential role in meeting the required balance between technical and vocational field graduates compatibility various levels and the requirements of the private sector. "
