Barzani: Baghdad does not have sufficient funds to grant share Kurdistan 's oil and are committed to the Convention

The head of the regional government of Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani, Sunday, that the Iraqi government does not currently have sufficient funds to implement the oil agreement because of lower oil prices on the economy of Iraq , and that the parties are committed to it and there is no problem between Baghdad and Kurdistan.
Barzani said during a press conference after his meeting with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Baghdad, attended by "Alsumaria News", "it was to clarify the export of oil officials process they acknowledged that the region is committed to the agreement signed between the two sides," he said, adding that "the Iraqi government does not have sufficient funds to pay for the region because of the suffering of Iraq is currently an economic crisis due to low oil prices at the level of the world. "
Barzani stressed that "the Erbil and Baghdad are committed to oil Convention between them and there are no problems," explaining that "the region is committed to the export of 550 thousand barrels of oil, according to the agreement signed."
The office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced on Sunday that my center and the region held a meeting under the chairmanship of Abadi and President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani to discuss the recent oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.
The Kurdish negotiating delegation, headed by Barzani arrived on Sunday, to Baghdad, to meet with the central government officials and discuss the issue of the export of oil and a number of outstanding issues.
The cabinet decided, in (2 December 2014), the approval of the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, which provides for delivery of the region at least 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to Baghdad for the purpose of export, after reaching the Kurdish delegation headed by Nnigervan Barzani with the Iraqi government to an agreement on the region's share in the budget and export of oil.
