Talks continue between Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani on a final version to install the oil agreement, with the Kurdistan Alliance called to find a common formula serves the interests of both parties to overcome the economic downturn due to lower oil prices.
