Arbil, Barzani confirms the commitment of the oil agreement with Baghdad

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: The head of Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, Sunday, his government's commitment to the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil. "
Barzani said during a press conference after meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Baghdad that "the central government has recognized the commitment of Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government oil Convention between the two sides," noting that "the meeting explained the problems that have occurred in recent times."
He added that "Iraq is suffering from an economic crisis, as a result of lower oil prices, so the federal government does not have sufficient funds to pay for the Kurdistan Regional Government."
He pointed out that "the Kurdistan region is committed to the export of 550 thousand barrels per day of crude oil."
