He said Kubaisi told the reporter / Baghdadi News / that "financial Treasury of the Ministry of Finance and approved after a long and arduous talks, sending financial liquidity to the banks of the Federal Government of Ramadi, in a move designed to address the phenomenon of financial liquidity into force in government banks in the city."
He explained that "the transfer of financial liquidity from Baghdad to Ramadi banks mechanism, will be prepared by a private plane for this purpose," pointing out that "the local government in the province and provided necessary for the banks covered by the deposit of cash security protection."
