Abadi's office denies making a decision to distribute the salaries of staff every 40 days

Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -16 February: useful office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Monday, the Council of Ministers to take a decision to distribute the salaries of state employees every 40 days instead of a month. The spokesman said Basmris Minister Saad al-Sabri, said that "the Council of Ministers did not take a decision in this regard." In turn denied the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider this news, and said it was "rumors are untrue," adding, "The Finance Committee did not report any similar decision of the Council of Ministers or the Ministry of Finance." Some of the media has picked up on the source described Palmtalaa, "The Council of Ministers decided the monthly salaries of state employees pay 40 days after the passage of an austerity measure due to the financial crisis."
