Parliamentary Finance Committee denied the intention of the federal government employees every 40 days, the distribution of salaries, confirming the existence of a crisis of cash (but did not directly affect the lives of citizens). He added (it was agreed with Baghdad on the calculation of oil rate of the source by the Kurdistan region every three months and not on a daily basis and that the main problem currently is that Baghdad does not have the money which is bankrupt). He continued that (according to the law, if the oil does not export the Baghdad may cut funds for the region in return if Baghdad did not send the funds allocated to the region, we can not export oil). He pointed out that (Iraq is currently facing a major financial crisis and the crisis reflect negatively on the region), stressing Barzani said (to talk about the withdrawal of foreign oil companies working in the region is not true and has not any oil company to withdraw from work), pointing out that the (provincial government borrowed from those companies to exchange all the employees' salaries, and will repay those loans through oil exports).
He added that Barzani (the central government intends to distribute its employees every 40 days) attributing the cause to the economic crisis experienced by the country), noting that (this decision has not been officially announced yet). On the other hand launched and operating loans department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs ninth installment of soft loans for the community of registered jobs in the department database in five provinces.
He Almscharalaalami for Oseramar Menem (time) yesterday that the (department launched the ninth covered installment soft loans for the unemployed, who numbered 2,700 names were distributed to the provinces of Baghdad, Dhi Qar and Kirkuk, Babil and Najaf, for the purpose of helping them to direct the implementation of their small businesses generating income within the lending fund program and within strategy of poverty alleviation).
He added that (those provinces did not meet its allocated for the granting of loans to the beneficiaries in accordance with the ratio of the population) and the amounts Menem said that (the names of those covered by the loan will be announced next Thursday on the website of the Ministry and through other media).
The ministry names of previous payments eight fired during the 2013 and 2014 with a total of 31046 unemployed.
