Law threatens to question the President

Threatened coalition of law, on Tuesday, President Fuad Masum questioned in Parliament in the absence of endorsement of the decisions of the death penalty.
The MP said the state law Kazem Sayadi that "the demands of the President of the Republic to ratify the executions of hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis and questioned him, but we will demand the parliament to see non-endorsement of the so-sensitive laws of interest to the country."
He added that "not infallible authentication on this law is a violation of the Iraqi constitution, which swore in order to keep it.
