Cabinet announces decisions seventh regular session of 2015

Cabinet held its regular seventh for 2015 in Baghdad today (Tuesday, February 17, 2015) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:
1. The Council of Ministers decided Mayati:
1 / firing salaries self-financing companies and to recommend to the Ministry of Finance implementing it.
2 / formation of an ad hoc committee to solve the problems of self-financing companies in earnest and to ensure the rights of the employees of these companies.
2. to approve the formation of a committee under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Bahaa al-Araji, and the membership of the Ministers of Justice and planning, culture and oil, the Commission shall re-examine the draft The Federal Supreme Court Act and presented to the Cabinet for a vote.
3. to approve the formation of a supreme committee level agents Foreign planning and finance, environment, tourism, health, agriculture and the state of affairs of the provinces and ministries as well as a representative of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of not less degree Director General, the Commission holds the aforementioned study marshes file in Iraq, and to make proposals and recommendations that will increase interest in the mentioned file and development, and the Committee shall be chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources.
4. Adoption of the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs on the support of the independence of the Central Bank of Iraq and avoid compromised because of doing the bank mentioned above endeavors in order to achieve its objectives and implementation functions and support the new instructions were issued for the achievement of the control and transparency of the best on the operations of currency sale and adoption of the banking system in the processes to achieve this.
5. Approval of Mayati:
1 / Cancel sub-committee formed under paragraph (ii) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (74) for the year 2014 .
2 / exchange the amounts of compensation under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (74) for the year 2014 to the owners of the affected role due to terrorist and military operations and restrict the signing of the governor of Anbar and the endorsement of the Prime Minister, that the regulators audited by Mr. Prime Minister authentication.
6. Approval of authorize Mr (Abdel Basset Turki Saeed) in charge, headed by the formation of the reconstruction of areas affected by the terrorist attacks, the powers appropriate to perform the said purpose and the Prime Minister given any powers which enable it to perform his exclusion from the Council of Ministers Resolution Fund (29) for the year 2011 (item 6) .
7. Approval by the Ministry of Finance / Real Estate Bank (self-financing) to sell plots of land numbered 4/16163 and 16164 County (11) farm Hamdi's surface area of (73) without and (10) Olga and (40) square meters and built them Shaab Stadium International and its accessories to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the transfer of ownership to it, according to the provisions of the Law of the sale and lease of state property No. (21) for the year 2013 that determines the sales allowance mechanism repayment agreement of the parties.
