Barzani discuss with the Kurdish delegation negotiating the results of his visit to Baghdad

The source said in an interview for "Twilight News", that is due to the region's president meets with a delegation of Kurdish, which includes both the head of the provincial government Naچervan Barzani and his deputy Qubad Talabani and a number of ministers of the provincial government, including Minister of Natural Resources Ashti Hawrami and financial Rebaz lambs.
The source said that the meeting was devoted to discuss the results of the delegation's visit to Baghdad earlier this week and the repercussions of the financial crisis experienced by Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The Kurdish delegation visited Baghdad and met with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
He revealed Naچervan Barzani after his return to the region on Monday from a lack of financial returns due to the region's oil under the agreement signed with the Iraqi government.
Barzani said at a press conference in Arbil, the capital of the province that his government struck a deal with the state is in the original bankrupt, he said, adding that under the agreement, it is assumed that the province of Kurdistan gets monthly trillion and two hundred billion dinars from Baghdad a month, the equivalent of one billion dollars.

Barzani confirmed that the parties are committed to the application of the agreement, noting that the problem is that the Iraqi government has no money to give to the region, and currently there is no sense of the Convention that took place.
At the same conference, Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani said the financial problem is not only present in the region, but is present in all of Iraq, adding that the Iraqi government decided to send part of the budget for the month of January, but not at the level of our expectations, knowing that the money did not send after.
Talabani said that the amount to be given a budget is not enough to meet the needs of the region and should discuss how to handle the matter.
