Legal expert: Government cannot extend the payroll for the budget and the need for parliamentary approval

Legal expert Tariq Harb said that "the Government cannot extend the disbursement of salaries in the State because he needs to amend the law approved by the Chamber of Deputies as well as violation of the budget law for the year 2015".
