US Secretary of Defense refused to set a date "attack Mosul"

The new US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter said Saturday that he will not announce the exact date of the attack is expected to restore the Iraqi city of Mosul al Daash fighters after they raised a press meeting a US military official fuss.
