Abadi: Region appoint staff without reference to the federal government

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said that the recent statements of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, in which the Iraqi government described Palmvelsh goal was to justify what is for the people of the region.
He said al-Abadi in a dialogue with a number of media session that he "did not oppose the payment of salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region, but there is an important issue in this aspect, which is that some of the staff in the region, has been appointed by the Kurdistan Regional Government and not by the federal government."
Turning Abadi, in his speech to the assassination of Sheikh Qassim al-Janabi said that there are views that the government is trying to hinder the more advanced step the military side in order to create an internal crisis without mentioning those actors
