Nechirvan Barzani: Some political parties do not want the development of relations Baghdad and Erbil

(Independent) ... President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani accused some political parties in Iraq, not wanting in the development of relations between Baghdad and Erbil, while he was willing to visit Baghdad in order to reach to address common problems and end with her.
The Presidency of the Government of the Territory in a statement received by the (independent) said Sunday that "the Kurdistan Regional Government today held a joint meeting with the heads of Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi parliament and ministers of the Kurds in the central government to discuss the recent agreement between the province and the federal government," adding that "the Government of the Territory confirmed its commitment Convention as part of the federal budget for 2015 ".
He added that "some technical problems and lack of understanding for impeded implementation of the Convention and that work is continuing with the federal government to address them," pointing out that "some of the political parties in Iraq do not want the development of relations between the KRG and the federal government."
The statement noted that "the Kurdish representatives in Parliament and the federal government play a good role for the parties' commitment to the agreement signed between the two sides and the improvement of relations between Baghdad and Erbil," pointing out that "the President of the Region Government Nechirvan Barzani announced his readiness to visit Baghdad in order to reach to address a common end technical problems and remove incomprehension and commissioned a team of ministers of the Kurds in the federal government to begin to conduct a dialogue with the Iraqi prime minister. "
He continued that "the region and representatives of the Kurdish government in Baghdad, praised the importance of adhering to the budget in 2015 and that the law of the federal government to deal with the rights of the region's share in accordance with the budget law," indicating that "the meeting discussed the provision of Peshmerga salaries and staffing plans as of the priorities of Government of the Territory."
