Ghaidan for elders: Maliki's first official and last fall of Mosul, ready to testify

A source close to the former commander of ground forces, Gen. Ali Ghaidan that the latter confirmed that former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the first charge and last for the fall of Mosul, however Daash.
The source told ((eighth day)) that Ali Ghaidan said at a meeting with elders and the families of his home in Balad Ruz area in Diyala province, said Nuri al-Maliki is the first charge and last for the fall of Mosul because he told al-Maliki, a few days before the fall of Mosul, the seriousness of the situation, but al-Maliki did not respond to my appeals .
The source added that Ali Ghaidan expressed his willingness to testify in court against Maliki and provide all the evidence for his conviction.
