The seminar, which was held in conjunction with the threshold Husseini, under the slogan (about the path of economic reform in Iraq) map, to "discuss effective methods to overcome obstacles without the success of economic reform, and find a formula for continuous integration between experts and specialists and decision-making bodies, as well as reconsider the legal organizational structure of government institutions in accordance with the economic philosophy of the State approved under the Constitution. "
