US Secretary of Defense, said Ashton Carter, "The defeat al Daash is for sure."
Carter's comments came during a visit to Kuwait yesterday.
On the intervention of US ground forces in the war against Daash, US Defense Secretary said: "Like any tool we use to complete the defeat Daash, I think we need to be convinced that the use of our forces is essential."
The minister called on the US to non-mainstream Muslim world, after criticism of President Barack Obama against the backdrop of lack of description of radical Islamists Daash, where he said "it is necessary to caution and discrimination, and the point at which the president has said is a very logical."
Took place on Monday at the US military base in Kuwait talks between senior US military commanders and diplomats on the American war against al Daash in Iraq and Syria.
