Hilali explained that "among the amendments to the law is to determine the number of Advisor to the Minister only three people, and each counselor of the province, and one from the south and another from the middle third of the Kurdish component."
She added, "There are large numbers of advisors currently in the Iraqi state and should no longer be the number on what it is now because Iraq is going through an economic crisis and most of advisers appointed for their financial gain and not for a consultation."
