Dry: the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil gained legal legitimacy

Special / newspaper integrity / faith Qasim - confirmed the Kurdistan Alliance MP Ashwaq dry on Wednesday that "there is a second round of talks between the government of the province and the federal government."
Dry said in a statement (newspaper integrity) that "the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil gained legal legitimacy to ratify it within the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives to make it through the paragraphs within the law."
She said, "The second round of talks between Baghdad and Erbil will be to explain the reasons for not sending the Kurdistan Region salaries so far."
"The two governments have agreed on it is a good deal somewhat but its application is required by its terms the parties"
She noted that "the provincial government has sent oil installment and the Baghdad government Tlkit send salaries for the first month."
With ruled out mass change parliamentary collapse of the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan region, and showed that there is some sort of bug or misunderstanding between the two sides can be resolved through mutual visits and understandings common, confirmed that the talk of a return to (square) is not sound.
