Samer Mohammed said a security source in Salahuddin province, said on Monday that 'violent clashes are now circulating on the border spend Tikrit between the popular crowd forces and elements of the organization Daash'.

The source, who declined to be named, said that 'the security forces are making progress in the city of Tikrit, specifically in the Qadisiyah district which is one of the great neighborhoods of Lmedinh and is located near the University of Tikrit.'
