Ghadhban: high oil prices "temporary phenomenon" can not solve the crisis

The head of the advisers in the Cabinet Thamer Ghadhban, on Monday, that the rise in oil prices is a minor, indicating that it should not be built upon high hopes.
He said Ghadhban "There is a slight increase in global oil prices, a temporary phenomenon, where the price of Brent closed Friday on the price of 62.5," noting that "the large supply of oil and strategic inventories in many countries makes us live in a state of fluctuation in prices."
He Ghadhban "must was based high hopes for the time being at high prices on this and we can not say that the crisis had been resolved," adding that "the state budget is based on a deficit of up to reach 23 trillion."
He added that "there are challenges and we have to innovate and find solutions to the follow-up to this phenomenon, and we are working to increase production and exports and find other resources to supplement the budget".
