Cabinet authorizes Abadi "right of appeal."

Authorized the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, President Haider Abadi right to challenge some of the provisions and articles contained in the budget for the current year the law.
The Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in a statement that "holding its regular ninth to 2015 the Council of Ministers in Baghdad today under the chairmanship of President of the Council Haider al-Abadi," noting that "al-Abadi presented at the beginning of the session concise Liberation Salahuddin province, process, and discuss the situation, and provide the required support for the people of the province during the operations and then, along with the provision of services in the liberated areas, and direct the concerned ministries to prepare for the resumption of work in these areas. "
The bureau said in its statement that "the Council authorized the prime minister the right to challenge some of the provisions and articles contained in the general budget for the 2015 law, and that the exposure provisions and materials contested on the committee of the crisis."
Referred to the Council of Representatives voted (Thursday 29 December) the past, the draft federal budget for the current year worth in excess of Al119 trillion dinars and a deficit of about 25 trillion
