Congratulated the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, head of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, on the occasion of victories achieved by the Peshmerga forces and offered condolences to the families of the martyrs of the Peshmerga heroes who sacrificed their lives for the people of Kurdistan and higher earnings.
